“At our meetings, I carefully listen to what you say you need or want and ask questions to make sure we are understanding the same things. Sometimes it is not what you say, but what you don’t say that helps me design what is best for you.
As alway, you have the final say and have many opportunities to “tweak” the project as we go along. As we proceed, I am constantly mindful of costs and careful not to arbitrarily “spend your money”.
Sometimes simple is better, especially when it comes to keeping costs at or under budget.

What I Offer
“When I work on your project, I do it all “in house” unless there is something out of the ordinary that is needed.
I do all my own structural design (ie: headers, beams, columns, footings, etc..), design decks, finished basements, single family homes, multi-family homes, additions, remodeling, etc.
Also, I offer 3-D design views of the project for you to get a complete understanding of what it will look like.”
